is seeking an innovative Senior Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team in Mexico. You will design and customize scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrate critical systems, and deploy advanced Now Assist AI tools to automate enterprise workflows. You will lead technical architecture, enforce governance, mentor developers within an Agile framework, and collaborate with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to translate complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and a track record of mentoring developers within an Agile framework.
