Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, integrations, and portal development.
• Experience in a client-facing or delivery environment.
• Proven ability to guide or support other developers (no formal people management).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Brazil, Sao Paulo or Mexico City (LATAM).

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, service portals, and scoped apps.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
• Solution Design Delivery: Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive platform improvements.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Team Support Mentorship: Act as a go-to technical resource, mentor junior developers.
