Job summary

Information Technologies Consultant Home S.A. De C.V. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer for Monterrey or CDMX, hybrid work style. The role focuses on designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows, with emphasis on scripting and integration across systems.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, write server-side and client-side scripts, and ensure code quality and documentation, following best practices across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize apps and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.).
• Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions; follow best practices for code quality and documentation.
• Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
