Cummins Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, AI and Automation, to design, build, test, and operate secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions in a hybrid environment in Mexico.

The role focuses on AI-enabled workflows, orchestration, integrations, and DevSecOps practices to scale capabilities enterprise-wide. The candidate will lead engineering patterns, guardrails, and measurable value from automation while balancing business needs with security and reliability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Engineering/IT or equal experience.
• Experience in enterprise software design, development, testing, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, APIs, integrations, secure development, source control, testing, and release processes.
• Experience communicating requirements, estimating effort, and delivering production-ready solutions.
