Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central SME to lead and support global HR initiatives. You will translate business needs into scalable HR solutions, manage configurations, upgrades, and change drives while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings EC expertise, a strong core HR background, and experience delivering for multinational teams, with Agile/DevOps exposure and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification or 8+ years of hands-on configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR processes, Talent, Time, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Compensation.
• Experience gathering requirements for global organizations.
• Proven success with Employee Central implementations and enhancements.
• Agile and DevOps experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• SAP HR/HCM experience and banking industry exposure desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with global and multicultural teams.
