Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP H2R Consultant for Mexico to support SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Workforce Management integrations across HR, payroll, and downstream SAP systems.

You will configure and troubleshoot EC workflows, payroll schemas, and cross-system interfaces, collaborating with Finance and HR to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and smooth production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP H2R experience with EC, ECP, and WFS.
• Experience in global support and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain EC configurations and business processes.
• Handle employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, etc.).
• Configure and troubleshoot workflows, MDF objects, and permissions.
• Maintain org structures, job classifications, and foundation objects.
• Monitor EC integration with downstream applications.
