Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an HR Systems Support professional to administer SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and assist with HR IT initiatives in a bilingual environment (English/Spanish). You will troubleshoot issues, support end users, and help with integrations and documentation.

Candidates should have 2+ years in HR systems support, 1+ year in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration, and a background in technical support.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills.
• 2+ years of HR systems support experience.
• 1+ year of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration.
• 1+ year of ATS or HR systems troubleshooting experience.
• Technical support background.
• Knowledge of Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting/Resourcing, and Performance & Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot and elevate system issues.
