Job summary

Qualifications

• PM Certification or 8+ years of hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including Performance, Goals, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting global implementations.
• Proven experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management in large global organizations.

Key Requirements

• Performance Management Certification or 8+ years of hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including Performance & Goals, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting global implementations.
• Proven experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management in large global organizations.
• Agile and DevOps experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• SAP HR/HCM and banking industry experience are desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with global, multicultural, and distributed teams.
