HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant to lead Employee Central design, integrations, and rollout in an Agile environment.

You will design EC workflows, configure business rules and data models, and connect with SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Active Directory, and MS Exchange for seamless operations.

The role requires 3–5 full EC implementations, including at least one ECC-to-EC migration, with focus on UK HR processes and payroll regulations.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ EC implementations completed
• Experience migrating from ECC to EC
• Experience with UK HR policies and payroll regulations

Responsabilidades

• Lead EC solution design and configuration.
• Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, and AD/Exchange.
• Own testing plans, cutover strategies, and go-live activities.
• Drive EC data migration and ETL/LSMW activities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors; provide hypercare support.
