Job summary

msg global solutions, part of the msg group, seeks a Business Development Manager in Mexico City or Monterrey to drive sales of SAP-based implementation services. You will identify opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and coordinate with presales to win complex deals.

Responsibilities include leading negotiations, delivering high-impact presentations, and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline across industries. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in Business/Finance/Economics or related field.
• Minimum of five years sales experience, ideally selling software implementation services.
• Working knowledge of SAP Solution suite.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 80%.
• Residence in Mexico City or Monterrey preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities by engaging targeted prospective customers and positioning msg’s solutions to unlock value.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners including SAP.
• Coordinate sales and business development activities with presales teams.
• Lead or support contract negotiations and master service agreements.
• Prepare RFI/RFP responses and deliver presentations to C-level executives and decision makers.
• Maintain internal opportunity pipeline and account planning processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and network at relevant events.
• Assist project teams with identifying opportunities on existing accounts.
