• Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and stakeholders.

• Negotiate and secure high-value contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, technical, operations, and finance to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Lubrizol’s quality, safety, and ethical standards.
• Represent Lubrizol at industry events and associations.
• Mentor and develop account managers and sales staff to achieve team objectives.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts.
