The Lubrizol Life Science is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales strategy in the Mexico City region, overseeing key accounts across beauty, home, pharma and nutra. You will drive revenue growth, manage high-impact relationships, and guide a team of account managers to exceed targets.

Collaborate with marketing, technology, product, and project teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure alignment with quality, safety, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Interact, influece and engage with marketing, technology, product and project peers in the region, to ensure business growth and prioritizartion.
• Negotiate and secure high-value contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, technical, operations, and finance—to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Lubrizol’s quality, safety, and ethical standards.
• Represent Lubrizol at industry events and associations.
• Mentor and develop account managers and sales staff to achieve team objectives.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts.
