Automation Anywhere, a leader in Agentic Process Automation, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in Mexico City. You will drive value-based selling, engage C‑suite and technical stakeholders, and demonstrate tailored automation solutions to accelerate enterprise adoption.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
6+ years of overall professional experience, 3+ years in sales/pre-sales in Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Generative AI or related fields.
Proven experience with SaaS-based solutions and value-driven selling in enterprise environments.
Hands-on expertise with automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) including developing and deploying production agents.
Experience selling into industries like Supply Chain/Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail with deep industry knowledge.
Proficiency with enterprise ecosystems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday) and their automation integrations.
Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP); hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design.
Certifications in Automation platforms and cloud tech are a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% on short notice.

Driving Value-Based Selling: lead technology evaluation stage with sales team to maximize deal size and customer impact.
Engaging C‑Suite and Technical Stakeholders: align goals with proposed solutions and influence executive and technical buyers.
Showcasing Tailored Solutions: demonstrate and co‑develop tailored integrations addressing client challenges and ROI.
Leading Strategic Evangelization: host client workshops, promote best practices, participate in events to reinforce market position.
Architecting Growth Infrastructure: design frameworks enabling expansion into new markets and segments.
Building Strategic Relationships: nurture high‑value customer relationships across the sales cycle.
Enhancing Team Expertise: share insights on Agentic Automation, LLMs, RAGs, OCR, RPA, and API integrations.
Positioning for Competitive Advantage: provide strategic technical advocacy to differentiate value against competition.
