RGP in Mexico City seeks an experienced Agent Builder to design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents that automate workflows and improve decision-making across business units.
You will translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions, define agent capabilities and governance controls, integrate enterprise data, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable value while balancing innovation with risk management.
Formación
- Experience operating in large, regulated environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents that automate workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI agent solutions and workflows.
- Define agent capabilities, decision logic, and performance metrics.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs and data sources.
- Establish governance, guardrails, and monitoring for quality and responsible AI.
