Job summary

Resideo is seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager to orchestrate delivery of modern digital solutions across Agile teams in a SAFe environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Shopify, middleware, ERP, CRM, and data platforms, using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for transparent, metric-driven execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/program management experience in IT or Digital Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira (advanced workflows, dashboards, reporting).
• Confluence (documentation, collaboration, knowledge management).
• Microsoft Project (planning, tracking, and executive-level reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program and project execution within a SAFe framework across multiple Agile teams.
• Drive PI Planning, sprint coordination, backlog alignment, and release management.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination; identify and remove blockers; ensure cross-functional alignment.
