Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of modern web-based digital solutions within our Digital Technology organization. You will orchestrate cross-functional, globally distributed teams across SAFe environments, driving initiatives in eCommerce, middleware, ERP, and CRM with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

This role requires strong communication with executives and proven multi-team coordination.

Qualifications

4+ years of project/program management experience in IT or Digital Technology.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
Proven ability to communicate project status to executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums or multi-team Agile coordination in a SAFe environment.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program and project execution within a SAFe framework across multiple Agile teams.
Drive planning and execution activities including PI Planning, sprint coordination, backlog alignment, and release management.
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies for cross-team coordination.
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Prepare weekly status reports for senior and executive leadership.
