Job summary

EPAM Systems is looking for a Program Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a global digital ecosystem modernization program, including loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, and digital payment integrations. This high-visibility role coordinates cross-country teams and multiple vendors within Agile/SAFe.

You will partner with product leaders and executives to define roadmaps, govern risk, measure KPIs, and ensure value delivery within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale programs with P&L oversight.
• Experience delivering multi-country digital transformations.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-vendor, multi-geo teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end program delivery across regions and vendors.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Act as chief escalation point for executive stakeholders.
• Lead Agile/SAFe governance to improve velocity and quality.
• Manage priorities and dependencies across geographies and regulatory contexts.
• Coordinate with product leaders to align goals and KPIs.
• Ensure realization of business value within budget and schedule.
