Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to drive complex digital initiatives from concept to launch. You will oversee delivery across large-scale programs, manage planning and execution, and ensure governance and quality through release management and metrics.

This role requires deep delivery expertise and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, with leadership exposure, and strong knowledge of CMS, eCommerce, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent certification.
• At least 8 years of professional experience with 3+ years in leadership/coordination roles.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees.
• 5+ full-cycle projects or equivalent experience across development lifecycle.
• Strong background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture.
• Experience with senior stakeholders (VP level and above).
• Familiarity with CMS and eCommerce platforms, plus mobile app design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery efforts and resolve issues on large-scale programs with integrated digital elements.
• Lead initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs.
• Maintain release management processes to ensure high-quality results.
• Select and employ appropriate delivery methodologies for project success.
• Determine technology solutions addressing client business needs.
• Ensure governance structures for projects and programs are fit-for-purpose.
• Drive technical decisions across teams and act as delivery and technology partner for clients.
• Align decisions across internal and client teams to enable effective execution.
• Champion engineering best practices to improve quality and productivity.
