Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Program Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a global digital modernization program spanning loyalty, mobile commerce, and payment integrations. You will align teams, governance, and stakeholders across vendors and regions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include owning roadmaps, governance, executive reporting, and risk management, while coordinating cross-regional dependencies under SAFe. Strong English and P&L control are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Large-Scale Program Management and Delivery Management, including Financial P&L control.
• Experience applying Agile/SAFe frameworks at scale.
• Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of SDLC in retail or QSR environments.
• Excellent executive presence with advanced stakeholder management.
• Proven track record leading multi-vendor, multi-geo delivery teams.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk/issue management capabilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery by owning roadmaps, milestones, resourcing, and cross-project dependencies across regions and vendors.
• Build and sustain governance models, executive reporting, and risk/issue management frameworks.
• Serve as main escalation point for client executives, steering committees, and leadership.
• Champion Agile/SAFe governance to improve ways of working and engineering velocity.
• Coordinate dependencies across geographies, regulatory contexts, and varied tech stacks.
• Drive scope management and change control in a fast-moving global program.
• Align distributed teams to enable collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication.
• Oversee multi-geo delivery teams across Nearshore/Offshore, including architecture, QA, design, and consulting under Agile/SAFe.
• Partner with product leaders to maintain alignment on goals and KPIs.
• Ensure delivery of projected business value within budget and timeline constraints.
