Job summary

Hires is seeking a Sr Recruiter to source high-volume talent in Monterrey and manage the candidate pipeline through the selection process. You will review resumes, conduct in-person interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and HR to move candidates quickly through the interview stages.

The ideal candidate has recruitment experience in fast-paced environments, fluent English and Spanish, and is available to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Availability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs
• Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline through the process
• Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR
• Assist with rapid decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands
• Participate in a fast-moving process with 60–70 candidates each morning, potentially hired the same day
