Job summary

Hires is seeking a dynamic Recruiter Sr to join our client team in Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will source, screen, and hire candidates for high-volume roles, coordinating with hiring managers and HR to move fast.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment with daily morning candidate flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong interpersonal and fast-paced work abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
• Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process.
• Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates.
• Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department.
• Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands.
• Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process with 60 to 70 candidates arriving each morning and potential same-day hires.
