Cornerstone Building Brands in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and attract top talent for operations. Reporting to the Talent Partner, you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong Spanish-English communication.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in recruiting, bilingual abilities, and knowledge of Mexican labor practices. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proficient in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and hiring practices.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, third party partners, and referrals.
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings in compliance with local regulations.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Design, execute, and track mass recruitment campaigns for operational positions.
• Manage and keep active a robust candidate pipeline for high-turnover operational profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both operational and professional positions.
• Establish staffing agencies, job boards, training centers, unions, and communities to secure talent sources.
• Develop and implement early-stage retention strategies with operations to reduce turnover.
• Monitor turnover metrics by department, shift, and role, adjusting sourcing strategies.
• Partner with supervisors and plant leadership to improve onboarding and integration.
• Manage external staffing vendors, including negotiating SLAs, rates, and quality.
