ETAP in Mexico City is seeking an Automation Engineer to deploy and integrate real-time power management and SCADA solutions for utilities, industrial facilities, data centers, and critical infrastructure across the Americas and internationally. You will work hands-on with a leading power systems platform, configuring, commissioning, and delivering projects end-to-end for English-speaking clients.

This mid-level role offers growth into deeper technical ownership, with proximity to product teams

Formación

Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) required.
3+ years delivering electrical SCADA or power monitoring projects.
Experience building HMI graphics and configuring device communication.
Hands-on with Modbus and DNP3 protocols; knowledge of IP addressing/industrial networking.
Familiarity with IEC 61131-3 languages and Structured Text or Function Block Diagrams.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end deployment and integration of ETAP Real-Time solutions.
Lead client-facing technical communication including scope definition and commissioning handover.
Configure and integrate RTU/field device communication using Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, IEC 61850, OPC UA.
Program RTUs/field controllers using IEC 61131-3 languages and Structured Text or FBs.
Design HMI graphics and build one-line diagram models for client networks.
Troubleshoot SCADA, HMI, and power management issues and support commissioning.
