Siemens Real Estate (SRE) in Mexico seeks a Senior Construction and Decarbonization Project Manager to lead office and light industrial construction and related decarbonization initiatives from start to finish. The role requires coordinating internal and external teams, managing budgets, timelines, and quality, while aligning with Sustainability and Safety standards.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree with extensive PM experience in Mexico, knowledge of building codes and CENACE/CFE

Formación

• Must have an Engineering degree with extensive construction project management experience in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and electrical supply technologies (switchgear, transformers, distribution).
• Knowledge of building codes and construction contracts.
• Familiarity with CENACE and CFE standards for Medium/High Voltage in Mexico.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico, Central America, and beyond (50–70% travel).
• Fluency in Spanish and English; excellent communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead real estate construction and decarbonization projects from start to finish in office and light industrial buildings.
• Ensure implementation of Sustainability, Digitalization, and Safety guidelines on site.
• Manage project execution with quality, schedule, and cost targets; monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external team members and service providers; foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Drive energy solutions, heat generation, and on-site power considerations as part of decarbonization.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; promote innovative digitalization solutions.
