ETAP is seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager in Mexico City to lead a large-scale digital twin implementation of an Energy Management System for utility clients in Latin America. You will own the project end-to-end, from contract execution through final acceptance, coordinating a cross-functional team of engineering, software, and QA professionals.

• 5+ years of project management in engineering or software delivery.
• Experience managing contract-driven projects with milestone payments.
• Advanced English (C1) and ability to lead technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own full contract execution and acceptance per contract schedules.
• Drive alignment between engineering, software, and client teams to meet schedule, scope, and quality commitments.
• Control payment milestones and cash flow, ensuring deliverables are completed and approved per contract.
• Lead deployment readiness and execution, ensuring successful validation and Final Acceptance (FAC).
• Drive risk management and change control related to schedule, performance, and contract exposure.
• Act as primary client interface, leading status meetings and managing expectations through FAT, SAT, and Go-Live.
