Amazon in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Long Term Planning in Supply Chain. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to align long term planning cycles with business goals, manage multiple projects, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The role requires 5+ years of program or project management, strong data-driven decision making, and English fluency at C1 or above. Prior experience with matrixed organizations and stakeholder management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy from end to end and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
• Speak, write, and read English fluently at C1 level or above.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align Long Term Planning cycles and inputs.
• Lead strategic conversations to define the project portfolio.
• Plan and monitor multiple projects with alignment to goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and resources; track progress.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on milestones and risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
