Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager for Retail Pricing who will lead pricing strategy, coordinate across marketing, finance, technology, and analytics, and drive automation initiatives to improve the customer experience.

You will own roadmaps, deliver end-to-end programs, craft compelling updates for senior leadership, and ensure scalable, data-driven pricing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap of enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail category management, finance, technology, and analytics teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing strategies or processes and drive development with technical and business partners.
• Craft compelling recommendation docs, launch announcements, senior leadership updates and newsletters.
• Prioritize roadmaps and make trade off decisions in fast-paced changing business environment.
• Build and own mechanisms for business reporting, auditing, and reviews.
• Owning change management processes and communications for effective rollout and updates.
