Vertiv seeks a production supervisor in Reynosa to lead 60+ staff across 3 rotating shifts, reporting to the Production Manager. You will focus on achieving KPIs, quality, and safe operations while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams to meet production targets and deliver on time.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Experience leading high-volume production lines is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-shift production teams to meet targets.
• Drive improvements in KPI performance and efficiency.
• Manage staff development, performance and engagement.
• Oversee health and safety compliance within the factory.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, schedulers and engineers.
• Handle recruitment, selection and disciplinary matters.
