Vertiv seeks an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead production operations in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes achieving production targets through strong leadership, safety, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will manage teams, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and uphold health and safety standards while driving on-time shipping and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory position.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Proven leadership to achieve production targets.
• Experience in setting up high-volume production lines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production targets in a customer-focused environment.
• Lead and manage teams; identify training needs and conduct performance assessments.
• Ensure safety practices and health standards in the factory environment.
• Maintain KPI tracking to meet business goals.
• Interact with Production Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores to meet deadlines.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings and performance reviews.
