Vertiv Co is seeking an ambitious Production Supervisor to lead a multi-shift manufacturing facility in Reynosa. The role focuses on maximizing Total Production Efficiency (TPE) across CNC, feeder processes, and powder line, while guiding 60+ staff under the Production Manager’s supervision.

Formación

Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience in a production environment.
7+ years in senior supervision/management.
Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
Proven track record of leading production targets in a customer-focused company.
Health & safety awareness in a factory environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage 60+ personnel under the Production Manager.
Drive Total Production Efficiency (TPE) and meet KPIs.
Coordinate CNC machining, feeders, machine shop, powder line and related operations.
Conduct disciplinary meetings and return-to-work interviews.
Communicate daily with Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and shipments.
