Vertiv Group Corporation in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume manufacturing team, drive KPI performance, and ensure on-time product shipments in a customer-focused environment.

You will have 5+ years of supervision experience, manage ERP/MRP systems, lead safety initiatives, and coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering to meet targets and develop the workforce.

Formación

• A minimum of 5 years of supervision experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of leading to meet production targets in a customer-focused company.
• Strong KPIs experience to support business goals.
• Extensive experience in people management from training needs to performance assessments, and engagement processes.
• Demonstrated Health & Safety awareness in factory settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Daily coordination with Production Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Team Lead Support, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores to meet deadlines and shipments.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings, return-to-work interviews and reviews with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a production team to meet output targets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Oversee ERP/MRP systems and production control processes.
• Monitor and drive KPI performance aligned with business goals.
• Managing employee performance, training needs, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, engineering, and scheduling to ensure timeliness of shipments.
