Vertiv Co is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. The candidate will manage teams and be responsible for improving production efficiency and employee performance. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience, a mechanical or electrical qualification, and be proficient in ERP/MRP systems.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Strong background in production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in achieving production targets and meeting industry standard KPIs.
