Vertiv in Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role focuses on achieving production targets, process improvement, and staff development.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will manage 60+ personnel, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and on-time shipments. A strong background in supervision and ERP/MRP systems is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Minimum 5 years of supervision experience in a Production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of leading to meet production targets in a customer-focused company.
• Work to industry KPIs to support business goals.
• Health & Safety awareness in factory settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Coordinate daily with Production Manager and other teams to meet deadlines and shipments.
