Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, International Business).
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules to support efficient operations and align with demand and resources.
• Monitor and report key planning metrics (OTP, PLT, backlog, schedule attainment).
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and global teams to balance capacity and meet requirements.
• Analyze supply and demand gaps, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase planning efficiency and reduce waste.
