Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager - Injection Molding to lead a multidisciplinary team across molding engineering, tooling, maintenance, production, quality, supply chain, and data. You will build a safe, efficient operation delivering customer commitments while advancing operational excellence, new-product launches, and capability growth.

You will guide strategic decisions on internal capabilities and external supplier partnerships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Operations, or a related Eng. discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience, incl. injection molding, tooling, or related processes.
• 5+ years of people-management, incl. 3+ years leading molding/tooling operations.
• Proven expertise in injection molding, mold/tooling management, and manufacturing process controls.
• Track record of safety, quality, delivery, and cost-improvement in high-volume plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment targets.
• Advance Lean, 5S, TPM, and continuous-improvement programs.
• Optimize capacity, labor, materials, inventory, and OEE to meet plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and suppliers for launches and make-versus-buy decisions.
