Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
4-6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production leadership, process improvement, or related projects.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, readiness activities, capacity evaluations, Lean projects, and production ramp-ups.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing readiness, production planning, capacity analysis, and line performance monitoring.
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools including waste elimination, bottleneck analysis, flow improvement, standard work, visual management, and 5S.
Ability to use operational metrics to identify gaps, define recovery plans, and drive corrective actions.
Experience with project administration including scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of manufacturing strategies, process changes, production transitions, ramp-ups, and readiness activities.
Translate priorities into roadmaps with milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and targets.
Ensure shop-floor readiness before launches by aligning labor, equipment, tooling, materials, training, quality controls, and documentation.
Conduct capacity analyses to identify constraints in labor, equipment, cycle time, and throughput.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste, improve flow, stabilize operations, and increase productivity.
Monitor key metrics and drive improvements in OTM, OTP, yield, RTY, density, utilization, and schedule adherence.
Lead multiple operational projects with clear scope, priorities, schedules, and escalation paths.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Automation, Finance, and Product teams.
Oversee production qualification and launch-support activities, including capacity reviews and labor requirements.
Promote safety, ergonomics, quality, standard work, visual management, and continuous improvement.
