Corning Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Super User to optimize supply planning systems and dashboards, bridging Supply Chain and IT to align with global standards.

You will configure workflows, analyze performance, and drive automation to improve efficiency and visibility, while supporting integrations, master data, and continuous improvement across supply chain technology platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, system support, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and system requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, OMP, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, and emerging technologies including Generative AI, AI Agents, and Machine Learning applications.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize supply planning systems, workflows, parameters, reports, and dashboards to support business requirements and improve planning visibility.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements and technical solutions.
• Analyze system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation initiatives that increase planning efficiency and user experience.
• Support integrations, upgrades, master data management, and continuous improvement efforts across supply chain technology platforms.
