Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst in Reynosa to manage supply chain execution for strategic customers. You will translate customer requirements into coordinated supply plans, address delivery risks, and improve service, inventory, cash flow, and performance across a global network.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, production planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in production planning, scheduling, inventory, or order management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex supply chain issues.
• Ability to influence across functions and drive actions to completion without direct authority.
• Strong customer focus with clear communication and expectation management in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer order fulfillment across commercial, manufacturing, planning, logistics and other teams.
• Identify constraints and delivery risks early and lead cross-functional actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer forecasts and represent demand in forecast consensus and SIOP.
• Support new product introductions, inventory initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
