Vertiv is seeking a seasoned manufacturing supervisor to lead production teams in a high-volume environment. The role focuses on achieving targets through effective people management, ERP/MRP control, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination with production, logistics, and engineering to ensure on-time delivery, plus conducting disciplinary actions and performance reviews to maintain team performance and quality.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position in production/manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP production control systems.
• Proven leadership to achieve production targets in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience setting up high-volume production lines.
• Health & Safety awareness in a factory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production activities to meet targets and schedules.
• Lead and monitor ERP/MRP production control processes.
• Drive health & safety programs and incident prevention.
• Communicate daily with Production Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Team Lead Support, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores personnel to meet deadlines.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings, return-to-work interviews and performance reviews.
