ClassPass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Internal Ops product strategy, modernizing internal platforms through automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with CX, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Data to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.

You will navigate complex internal systems and define roadmaps with measurable outcomes. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to align stakeholders and deliver high-impact improvements.

Qualifications

• Shipping internal, operational, or platform products that improve business-team efficiency.
• Ability to turn ambiguous pain points into measurable roadmaps and success metrics.
• Experience with complex internal systems, workflows, or tooling used by CX, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Operations, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Internal Ops, focusing on productivity and reliability of internal tools.
• Lead discovery and delivery for automation-heavy initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows and admin tooling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Define success metrics such as OpEx reduction, handle-time reduction, and engineering toil reduction.
• Manage cross-functional rollouts with QA, training, communications, and post-launch iteration.
