Mindbody is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team. You’ll act as a strategic analytics partner to product managers, designers, and leadership, owning analysis that shapes our roadmap and delivers actionable insights.

You’ll shape the work and do the work. A major early focus will be building reliable workflow telemetry—mapping the core jobs customers come to Mindbody to do and measuring completion.

Formación

• 2–5 years in product analytics or related role at a B2B or SaaS company.
• Strong SQL skills; dbt and Snowflake experience preferred.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Heap and BI tools like Looker, Sigma, Tableau.
• Excellent communication; able to present insights to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product managers, designers, and leadership to own analysis that shapes the roadmap.
• Build reliable workflow telemetry and map core jobs-to-be-done for Mindbody.
• Define metrics, run analyses, and synthesize clear business recommendations.
• Help grow experimentation and AI-enabled analytics within the team.
