Amazon Mexico seeks a strategic Senior PM to lead productivity initiatives and the Retail Productivity Charters. You will manage offshore relationships and own central tools to drive scale and automation, delivering cross-functional impact.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership presence, and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with vendors, brand teams, and regional leadership to propel profitable growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of product or program management or related fields.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy, tasks and resource allocation of offshore teams.
• Understand and challenge business metrics to drive productivity.
• Benchmark WW stores and bring best to MX.
• Be MX single point of contact for WW tools to drive productivity and automation.
• Help Vendor Managers and Brand Specialists with scalable mechanisms.
