Job summary

Confie seeks a Product Owner to own an internal performance management application for frontline operations. You will define the vision, manage the roadmap, and ensure data-driven insights guide coaching and performance improvements.

You will collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver MVPs to full deployment, with phased rollouts and governance to maintain metric integrity and auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning internal business applications end to end.
• Knowledge of agile delivery and modern product discovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to frontline performance objectives.
• Translate operational needs into prioritized backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile delivery with engineering teams; refine backlog, plan sprints, and track releases.
• Drive AI use cases that improve coaching and performance while ensuring safety and cost controls.
• Partner with data/analytics to define data contracts, metrics, and data quality checks.
