Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Sr. Process Specialist for Central Flow LATAM to own capacity planning strategies and initiatives that improve Speed and Delivery Estimate Accuracy.

In this role, you will partner with Field Operations, S&OP, and other teams to develop standardized processes, automated reporting, and network-wide controls while balancing cost, capacity and performance for two business lines.

Qualifications

• Experience juggling multiple priorities and large projects.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to present complex solutions to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning initiatives for Central Flow.
• Support DEA, speed, and labor rightsizing to prevent delivery misses.
• Define governance for shift labor levers between Central Flow and field.
• Create automated reports and real-time visibility for risk.
• Build relationships with regional leaders and cross-functional partners.
