Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Long Term Planning of the Supply Chain. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Fulfillment, Inventory Placement, Inbound, and topology design, delivering on-time, within scope and budget.

The role requires strong leadership and English proficiency at a high level, with 5+ years in program management and experience guiding senior leadership through metrics-driven results.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience.
  • Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure Long Term Planning cycles; inputs alignment, stakeholder reviews, and final proposal.
  • Lead strategical conversations to define our project portfolio.
  • Plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously with alignment to goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans; track progress and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to Amazon.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in project execution and operational workflows.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards.
