Amazon Mexico City is seeking a strategic and analytical Business Specialist with a strong capacity planning background to optimize its air transport network and Middle-Mile operations in Mexico City. The role translates forecasts into actionable requirements, manages capacity across nodes, and supports cost-efficient, high-service delivery.

Based in Mexico City, the position requires collaboration with planning teams, S&OP, and operations to continuously improve network performance and scale

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, charts).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Fluent Spanish language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct network capacity planning, analysis and optimization across nodes.
• Convert forecasts into detailed operational requirements and plans.
• Monitor key metrics and maintain capacity dashboards for stakeholders.
