is seeking an experienced Inbound Supply Chain Manager to bridge business and operations and to plan inbound freight across our network. You will drive long-term planning, influence cross-functional teams, and implement tools to scale processes while minimizing costs and improving the vendor and seller experience. The role requires strong program management, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
• Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus

Responsibilities

• Set up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience
• Own the long term planning for WePay/ PCP inbound programs.
• Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
• Rollout best practices from other geographies / companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
• Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
• Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership
