Freudenberg is seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to coordinate teams, supervise machine maintenance, and ensure safety and environmental standards across multiple sites in the Toluca region. The role emphasizes regional equipment reviews and the development of flexible, low-volume production solutions.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Engineering with 8+ years in maintenance, plus strong knowledge of installation and operation of assembly equipment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years related experience.
• At least five years of related manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and operation of assembly equipment; PLC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines to improve the production process.
• Ensure all machines and activities comply with safety rules and guidelines.
• Review serial equipment regionally and develop flexible multi-part low-volume equipment.
• Observe Environmental Work Practices for the department.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of manufacturing facility and equipment.
• Research machines to specify replacement parts and contingency plans to provide uninterrupted service.
• Evaluate maintenance personnel' performance and training needs.
• Install new equipment and relocate existing equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
