Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to establish and maintain production standards, support continuous improvement, and ensure deployment of SOPs and forms across manufacturing lines.

You will collaborate with production and quality teams to address SQDC metrics and apply Lean principles, IATF 16949 core tools, and ISO systems for ongoing process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, industrial, or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of process principles such as assembly, plastics, MCU, or curing is a plus.
• Experience with process maps, Lean production, and core tools.

Responsibilities

• Assists the quality department in solving issues and developing improvement activities from internal and external sources.

Responsibilities:

Established the production standard methods for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M’s (Material, Machine,Method and Main).

Supports the training processes to achieve the training shedule according to the established standard.

Develops and maintains updated the necesary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).

Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M’s +

2M’s.

Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop imporvement activities that coming from internal and external sources.

Qualifications:

Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar.

3 or more years of experience in the area of Manufacturing Processes, preferably in automotive industry, it would be a plus but not mandatory to have knowledge in manufacturing process principles (assembly or plastic mixing or MCU or curing).

Process engineering process map, Lean methodology production processes, manufacturing process principles.

Manufacturing Processes (process design, specification book and process release).

IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and GD&T drawing interpretation, basic knowledge in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001
