You will coordinate with plant teams and external vendors to ensure installations meet standards while driving continuous improvements and reliable production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance practices and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration with operations and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to the highest standards including preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
• Install, maintain, improve, and repair equipment, plant services, and building installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards while troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure equipment meets capabilities.
• Coordinate downtime for planned projects, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Respond to breakdowns, identify root causes, and present viable solutions to management.
• Identify activities that could harm production and report risks to management.
